CEE is a 501(c)3 nonprofit founded by utilities and key stakeholders and shaped by 27 years of applied program and market experience. The Consortium exists to address priorities shared by ratepayer-funded utility programs that require a market-wide approach. Working together through a facilitated process, members identify and voluntarily adopt strategies that accelerate the availability and uptake of efficient products and systems for the benefit of programs, ratepayers, and society at large.
