The Market Assessment and Program Evaluation (MAPE) Clearinghouse is a database of energy-efficiency program evaluation reports, potential studies, and related documents. The documents are all publicly available and most can be downloaded directly from the CEE Web site as PDF files.

All of the documents in the Clearinghouse are supplied by CEE members. While the Clearinghouse was designed for the use of CEE's membership, in the interest of improving program evaluation across the entire energy-efficiency industry, CEE and its members make the Clearinghouse available to the public.

The MAPE Clearinghouse is designed to be searched via key word or phrase, in much the same way as Google. When you enter any combination of key words or phrases, each report in the Clearinghouse is searched. Results are returned in the order of frequency of occurrence, along with a very brief description of each report and links to both the executive summary and full report.

Alternatively, you may search for reports by region, publisher or year. The database currently includes more than 400 evaluation and market assessment studies undertaken by CEE members since 1996.

Due to space limitations, CEE is unable to make available for downloading certain very large reports. If the PDF is not available for the report you need, please contact Johanna Krouk and specify the record number listed for the report.

Reports from California
Because of the large volume of evaluation reports produced for California programs, CEE is unable to include most California-specific reports in the Clearinghouse. To search California-specific reports, see the CALMAC Web site.

NEW! IEPEC Conference Proceedings
The Proceedings of the International Energy Program Evaluation Conference from 2001 through 2007 can now be searched here. The Clearinghouse searches the full text of the papers, and returns titles and short descriptions of relevant papers as well as links to the papers’ abstracts and to IEPEC, where proceedings can be purchased. To limit your search to IEPEC Proceedings, include the term IEPEC in the search.
