MEETING ATTENDANCE POLICY
ELIGIBILITY
CEE meetings are open to:
- Employees of CEE members
- DOE employees
- EPA employees
- Guests invited by CEE
Teleconference participation is generally available to members who cannot attend. Members who would like to be represented by contractors may have representatives participate in committee meetings by teleconference.
MEETING REGISTRATION
Registration with CEE is required for all meeting attendees. Please use CEE's on-line registration form. Registrants are sent meeting materials and provided with meals.
Registration fees
Registration fees are waived for CEE sponsors, invited guests and all CEE member categories except National Labs. Employees of CEE member National Labs are required to pay the meeting registration fee of $100 per day to attend CEE Program and/or Board Meetings. Checks should be made payable to CEE and sent to:

BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETINGS
All members are invited to observe CEE's Board of Directors Meeting. Members must request permission from the Chair.

Business casual attire.
